December 1, 2016: Today, December 1st, is World AIDS Day. First recognized in 1988, this day is our opportunity to unite worldwide in the fight against HIV, show our support for people living with HIV and to commemorate those who have died.

Many people fought very hard for the AIDS crisis to be recognized and research funded, for HIV stigma to be erased, and for LGBT lives to be valued and protected. Now, more than ever, we need to continue to fight for these issues.

Check back with us for more updates about Florida AIDS Walk news, partner events and fundraisers around town. We'll be announcing this year's musical performer very soon!
